IEP 2. Prospective candidates for admission are considered on: -Active status indicating that the student will be invited for an intake because there is an opening in an appropriate class or program -Waitlist status indicating that student is appropriate but no openings exist. When an opening occurs, student will be invited for an intake visit. Waitlisted students can be carried over into a new school year if the parent continues to seek placement -Returned Application Status indicating that Ivymount is not an appropriate placement for the candidate. 3. Conditions of Acceptance to the School: -Ivymount must be able to implement the student’s IEP, including related services -There must be an opening in an appropriate program and classroom. -Students may be accepted without/before funding approval by their LEA although the placement cannot be guaranteed for an extended period.
