BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Ivymount is governed
by a 21-member, voluntary board of directors with representatives
from the Ivymount parent body, the Ivymount staff, and the corporate,
business, legal, and non-profit community. The Board is supported by an
Advisory Board who participate as non-voting members.

PTA
Ivymount's Parent/Teacher Association is a group of parents of current
students and the entire staff.
The activities include:
CONDUCTING MEETINGS, often featuring staff members or outside speakers
on
topics of broad interest.
PROVIDING VOLUNTEER SUPPORT for extracurricular programs, library programs,
and classroom events and field trips
RAISING FUNDS through a variety of events to support the music, art, library,
and physical education programs
REPRESENTATION on Ivymount's Board of Directors
