POST HIGH SCHOOL - Provides a non-diploma, vocationally-based program that focuses on successful transition outcomes from school to adult life for students ages 18 – 21. - Students work with their Transition Team including special education teachers, therapists, employment coordinators, transition specialist, and employment coaches to seek, acquire, and maintain community-based jobs. Classroom instruction support job-related and life skills activities. - Students are placed in paid and unpaid positions at a variety of businesses and corporations in addition to being involved in specific, time-limited jobs in the school’s Vocational Center.
