When it’s time to update your will, you don’t have to start from scratch. You can use a codicil, a document your attorney can prepare to amend your will or trust without re-writing the entire document. The codicil adds a new gift to Ivymount while reaffirming the other terms of your will. An attorney can prepare an amendment to a revocable trust to add the Ivymount Organization.
